ANDREW EAVES is a nationally respected leader in the home health care industry and is the principal of a.m.eavesConsulting. Andrew has over 16 years’ experience in the health care industry, the majority being in Business Development leadership roles within non-profit home health care. He has an impressive track record of business development, leadership, strategic planning , program design and brand management. Andrew has most recently been the Vice President of Marketing & Sales for VNA HealthCare, a $50 million home health, hospice and private duty member of Hartford HealthCare’s $2 billion integrated health system.

He has spoken nationally and regionally on topics such as sales, service and branding and was Chair of the VNAA Business Development Committee.

As a graduate with distinction of Babson College’s Entrepreneurial Studies program with a concentration in communication, he has brought an enthusiasm for innovation and “big picture” strategy to his roles, while remaining focused on practical and value-added solutions.
